Pre-owned, excellent condition Patek Philippe Golden Ellipse reference 4226/905 18k Yellow Gold ladies wristwatch. Two-tone Gold dial, with an oval champagne Gold centre, outlined with a Gold boarder distinguishing the outer bronzed peach Gold shade of the dial, quartered diamond hour markers, an 18k Yellow Gold 23mm case, smooth bezel, winder with the Patek Philippe logo, an integrated bracelet and clasp, sapphire crystal glass and manual winding movement. Circa 1980's.

This watch will fit a wrist of 17-18cm on the different clasp slots, it can be shortened by our jeweller for a smaller wrist - please enquire for further information on this.
