At WatchCollectors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury timepiece. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it remains in its original, unworn condition with all security tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the timepiece you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the watch in its original presentation box along with all warranty cards, manuals, and certificates of authenticity before placing it inside a sturdy shipping carton.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master horologists verify the watch's condition and serial numbers, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
