Black Onyx dial with a square-shaped Pavé diamond centre, an 18k Yellow Gold 23mm case, bezel, winder, integrated bracelet and clasp with 'P' marking for Piaget, sapphire crystal glass and Manual Wind movement. Circa 1970's.
